DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

The "A.G.N.A" online store delivers goods throughout Ukraine.

The delivery time is 2-5 days from the moment of confirmation of the order.

We work mainly with Novaya Poshta, but we can also send by Ukrposhta or Meest.

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED Monday through Saturday after 3 p.m.

Note:

The storage period for parcels at Nova Poshta is 5 days, after which they will be automatically returned (according to the agreement with Nova Poshta). The cost of delivery is formed by the carrier company and is paid by you upon receipt of the order. It depends on the chosen method of payment and receiving the parcel.

The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product and is paid separately, according to the tariffs of the carrier company.

You can exchange or return the product within 14 days. If for some reason the product did not suit you, you can exchange it for another option or completely refuse the purchase. In this case, we will refund you in full, less postage.

Foreign clients

If you are not in the territory of Ukraine, you can clarify all the details of the purchase and delivery in any of the convenient messengers at the number indicated on the website.

The cost of international delivery is not included in the price of the product. The cost of the product in foreign currency depends on the exchange rate. Check this information with the manager.
